Red showed on Saturday right where we wanted to be, the number two seed overall, thanks to rolling off a streak of ten straight wins to end the summer. Being in the 2 spot ensured that we avoided the three teams we did not want to face until the finals: Kelly Green, number one or number two all summer; Light Blue, our nemesis who had beaten us both times we played, and Gold, led by the formidable women tandem of Becca Tucker and Kim Tischler. 

First game we faced off against Black, Heather Ingram's team. We felt pretty good about this match-up as we had beaten them both times we played them during the summer. Of course I then realized that they were missing one of their best players, Zac Roy, both games. Hm. Sure enough, Zac...
