The highly anticipated draft for the WSL 2011 Open Draft Division will be held this evening at 7:30 PM. And luckily for you, the live DraftView will be available for the event via the lovely Google Docs interface.

Captains will gather around 7PM and drafting should get rolling around 7:30.  As you watch the draft, don't be confused when you see some teams being skipped throughout the draft.  With all the power COREs that were submitted this year, there are more than a mere handful of drafting restriction being doled out.  Some teams, like the Dream Team and the RPI-New-Paltz Combo Team, will not be allow their first draft selection until the 8th round.  Expect delays and confusion from the captains as they try to make sense of all of this.  Not too unlike the game we all know and love.

Remember to look for the Open Draft teams on Thursday morning. They will be posted on the site bright and early.
