Get Ready for the WSL 2011 Open and Coed Drafts

The highly anticipated drafts for the WSL 2011 Draft League will be held this week!  First up is the Open Division draft.  Starting at 7PM Wednesday night, there's no doubt that this affair will end up being a grand and convoluted event.  And with seven powerhouse COREs already established, the Open Division draft may prove to have the shortest running time on record.

Not to be out razzle-dazzled, the Coed Division draft will roll at 7PM on Thursday.  And make no mistake about it, the mayhem that is co-captaining may sink the Coed Division draft before it can even think about sailing off dramatically into the evening sun.  I'm just glad I will not have to be in the room during this sad display of preening and strutting.

Rumors of the live DraftView are again floating about, but at this time, we can not verify anything.  Watch the WUDi site for more information about the WSL 2011 DraftView.  We will post details as they become available.

Regardless of DraftView of no DraftView, all teams will be available the morning after each draft.  Make sure to hit the WUDi site to find your squad and to heckle your foes.

What about tweeting the draft live? I know The Philly League did that this year as a way for people to follow the draft.
