After a year's hiatus, WUDi will once again be offering weekly clinics to help you improve your game.

The When:
Every Wednesday beginning tomorrow, June 15th, until August 10th on Main Field 5. Each clinic will have the following format:

• 5:30 -- 1-mile jog (to get you loose)
• 5:40 -- Dynamic warmups (to keep you healthy)
• 5:50 -- Activity 1 (to make you better)
• 6:05 -- Activity 2 (to make you better than better)
• 6:20 -- Class dismissed (to give you time to get to your field for the night's game)

People are welcome to jump in whenever they show up. Please bring a disc.

The Who:
Rafe Steinhauer ( rafesteinhauer at gmail dot com ) will be organizing the clinics. Rafe is currently a co-captain of District 5 and has captained BLU and Princeton in the past. He gratefully welcomes anyone who would like to guest lecture for a week or two to contact him.

The clinics are open to all divisions, ages and ability level. The first clinic (June 15th) will focus on throwing, a skill on which certainly everybody can improve. Thereafter, Rafe will tailor sessions to the needs/desires/ambitions of the group.

The How:
To keep the number of clinic-related posts to the whole list at one, anybody who thinks they might ever be interested in attending a clinic should join the following googlegroup: http://groups.google.com/group/wudi-clinics-2011. Rafe will use this group to send schedule updates, questions about what people want to work on, and educational material to supplement the clinics. Again, if you are interested in coming to one or more clinics this season (or interested in teaching one or more), please join the group here.
