Attention WUDi Members!

Are you interested in getting involved with WUDi by holding an elected leadership position?

Election season is upon us and we are looking for dedicated and responsible members to run for the following board positions:

Corporate Director: The Corporate Director shall be the chair of the Board of Directors and shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of WUDi. The Corporate Director shall preside at all meetings of the Board and Membership. The Corporate Director shall be authorized to sign contracts, leases and other required documents with the approval of the Board. The Corporate Director shall not, however, have access to WUDi's financial holdings (money in WUDi-owned bank accounts). In general, he or she shall have all of the powers incident to the office of Corporate Director and such other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors.

Secretary: The Secretary shall keep the minutes at all meetings of the Board and Membership; see that all notices are duly given in accordance with the provisions of the bylaws or as required by law; be custodian of WUDi's corporate records, and maintain all other legal documents, records, and correspondence of WUDi. In general, he or she shall have all of the powers incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Corporate Director or the Board of Directors.

At-Large: Voting member of the board, responsible for representing the membership.

Before submitting your statement, please consider that board positions are volunteer and require a lot of time and energy. Only run if you are prepared to take on such a commitment. We welcome all candidates with drive, dedication, and passion for the game, for the local ultimate community, and for the WUDi organization and membership.
