Parking
All players must park in the new lot next to the turf field or the E/F Dormitory lot -- NO EXCEPTIONS!

The new lot next to the turf field is closer to the playing fields than the E/F Dormatory lot, so WUDi recommends that all players park in this new lot. PLEASE NOTE: Campus security will be ticketing (and possibly towing) cars on Saturday. WUDi members who park somewhere other than the E/F Dorm lot or the new lot next to the turf field will be jeopardizing WUDi's future usage of Purchase fields.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome, but MUST be on leashes and the leash must be attended by a person or attached to a fixed stake or tree. If the supervisor sees a dog not on a leash and contacts campus security, the dog will be taken and the person fined -- NO EXCEPTIONS!

Alcohol
Don't even think of bringing any -- NO EXCEPTIONS!

Food
We will be providing bagels, along with bananas and oranges. Additionally, 6' long subs (meat and veggie) will be delivered to the fields in the afternoon.

Water
Water will be available in large Gatorade containers, so individual players should bring their own full water bottles to the field and refill personal containers as needed. There will not be water available at the start of the day, so please come with a full bottle.

Garbage
Each team will be given garbage bags. Each captain is responsible for picking up after their team and bringing full garbage bags to a pre-set location for pick-up by the roving golf cart. Additional garbage bags will be available throughout the day, but please try to compact as much of your garbage as possible (i.e. crush water bottles at the end of the day to conserve space).

Schedule
The schedules and final seedings have been posted. For those who are not aware, WUDi is rigorous (some would say anal) about keeping to a tight schedule, especially because WUDi pays by the hour and we have a fixed start time. The captain's meetings will be held at Frisbee Central (the tent next to Main Field 7)., and cap horns will be blown on time.

Cones
As always, captain's are responsible for bringing their own cones, as we do not have enough cones to supply 9 fields. We plan to spray paint dots for cone placement, and will line as many fields as possible, but will probably only get to line a few.

Merchandise
Whatever WSL discs and jerseys we have left come Saturday will be on sale at Frisbee Central (the tent next to Main Field 7). Discs are $10, jerseys are $10 and a disc/jersey combo can be had for $15. Additionally, WSL sweatshirts will be on sale for $20.
